Founder Oscar Locatelli graduated from Quarenghi with a degree in surveying and, with extraordinary determination, obtained his real estate agent's license in 1984, becoming one of the youngest professionals of the 1980s, even reaching the rank of FIAIP national councilor. In 2026, we will celebrate 40 years of business in the same historic Valtesse office, a milestone that speaks to reliability, continuity, and local roots. Over these decades, we have followed every market evolution, believing not only in the city and province, but also in the Bergamo valleys, of which we know every corner and every potential. Our experience has taken us far beyond provincial borders: we were chosen by one of Italy's leading beverage distribution companies as real estate consultants for their investments, both for commercial businesses and properties associated with public establishments.
